About Us
Our History
A love of both wine and traveling in Europe has resulted in finding outstanding small production wines in over 40 wine regions in six countries. Are these wines either "highly rated" or written about in "leading" wine publications? No, but neither of those things actually has much of a connection to what is really important with wine which is high quality fruit and a sense of place which can be from both the geology (minerality of the soils) and growing conditions of each region. The result of a regional focus on native varietals are very expressive wines that local residents have always enjoyed with their cuisine, their families, and their friends. Without traveling to Europe, you can have the same experience from our wide range of very carefully selected wines.

While everyone has their "go to" wines, what is fun about wine is the tremendous number of grape varietals which all have their own fun and interesting aromas and flavor profiles. When you then add in the different mineral composition of soils in wine regions which then add another layer of fun characteristics, there are endless opportunities to explore. The "Farm to Glass" approach also focuses on very food friendly wines and our tasting notes have lots of helpful food pairing ideas.
